Sales and Shipping Conditions
The purchase implies full acceptance of the following sales and shipping conditions:
Prices
Our prices include VAT. Prices, discounts, and technical characteristics of our products can vary without notice due to changes in the conditions of our suppliers or in the exchange rates. We will in any case communicaqte any changes in the shortest delay possible to all our customers. The product remains property of Pretty Art until full payment of the respective invoices.
PAYMENT
Cash on Delivery. We accept COD exclusively with a cash payment at the moment of delivery by the selected courrier. Other payment methods (bank check or circular check) must be agreed upon in advance and authorized by Pretty Art. For COD, a price charge of 3 euros will be added, due to the costs of the service itself. At the moment of the reception of the order, COD will be confirmed and prepared for shipping, unless the product is momentarily unavailable. In this case, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
PayPal.
With Paypal, you can shop without charges and in a safe way with your credit card (viusa,, visa electron, master card, etc), pre-paid card (such as PostePay, Vodafone Cash Card, Kalibra and others) without sharing your financial information with the subject receiving your payment. At the moment of the reception of the order, Paypal payment will be confirmed and prepared for shipping, unless the product is momentarily unavailable. In this case, we will inform the customer as soon as pèossible.

Bank Transfer.
This type of payment requires that the order is confirmed and prepared for shipping, ONLY after the actual reception of the funds in the seller's bank account. This may take 2-5 work days (dfepending on the banks involved and considering festive days). Insert in the "notes" of the bank transferyour name and the order number so that it will be easier to identify your payment. We suggest, moreover, to send an email with the CRO number of the payment. We suggest NOT to use bank transfers if you wish your product to be delivered asap (24/72 hours).

SHIPPING
Our shipments rely on Express Courier, with a 24/72 hours delivery at the price of 10 euros for all transactions.
All orders equal or superior top 90 euros receive FREE SHIPPING.
ORDERS

The direct reception of orders through our website allows us to insert automatically your order in our information system eliminating the possibility of error.
PROMOTIONS
Pretty Art reserves the faculty to launch promotions and discounts on its products/services, determining its costs and durations, giving appropriate notice to all customers.
T-DAY 24h. This promotion allows all customers ordering within a 24 hours time frame of a specified day to receive the products in all the Italian territory at shipping the cost of 1 euro. This specific promotion will be asdvertised on the PrettyNews banner in the website and a specific banner on our home-page.
SATISFIED OR YOUR MONEY BACK
The "Satisgfied or your money back" condition applies to all orders: indeed, you can send us back any purchased product that does not satisfy you and either receive a ful reimbursement or another product in substitution. The product must be returned in conditions of "substantial integrity" in each of its components and in its original packaging: it can obviously be opened, observed, tried on, as long as it is maintained and used with due diligence and left in a perfect state of conservation. According to the law, you must exercise this option within 10 days from the reception of the products.
HOW TO SEND US BACK A PRODUCT
end within the established delay (10 days from reception) a "lettera raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno" (or telegram, as long as you confirm it with a raccomandata within the following 48 hours) at the address indicated in the invoice. You must then place the product back in its original packaging (absolutely intact and accompanied by instructions, warranties, etc). The original packaging is the product box itself, not the box used for the shippinh. The Shipping box can be used only it it is perfectly intact, otherwise we advice you to take any other card-board box used for shipping. We also advice you to fill up the empty spaces with newspapers or plastic bubbles, or any other filling device. Close the package accurately with adhesive tape, and mail it, with your sender's name and address to INSERISCI INDIRIZZO, as a "Pacco Postale Ordinario". Always include in the package a written request (possibly printed) of reimbursement or product substitution.
REIMBURSEMENT
Pretty Art snc reserves 30 days to reimburse the price of the returned product with a bank check. In case you requested a product in exchange, and the product was not available, we will contact you by telephone. We will reimburse UNIQUELY the price paid for the product, mailing and shipping costs are not reimbursable.
